【生活琐事】 门牌税（Assessment Tax）及Indah Water 换名程序

去年9月拿了钥匙后，到现在才想到还有门牌税及indah water还没去换名

没打算去换水电，因为我们还不打算入住，加上前屋主也是没换过名字（还是第一任屋主的名字），所以我们也不打算管它，当务之急是要换掉门牌税的名字

门牌税- assessment tax - cukai taksiran/ cukai pintu

我们买的是公寓，所以只需要自己去换门牌税的名字（地税，cukai tanah律师会搞定）

门牌税换名程序 （我的区是DBKL）：

What is the procedure for changing names and ownership? 
i Obtain and fill in Forms I & J from City Hall Payment Counters or at (www.dbkl.gov.my).
ii Attach a full copy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, or a copy of the grant.
iii Ensure that Forms I & j are filled with the IC numbers and telephone numbers of the buyer/seller.
iv IC number

电邮了DBKL关于换名的地点，他们在一天内就回复了电邮

原来要换名字的话，要去到：

在年初三拿了假，特地去把门牌税的名字换了

其实它的地方也不难找，我们担心附近没停车位，所以搭了公共交通过去

Wangsa Maju LRT - Dang wangi - Bukit Nanas monorail - Medan Tuanku monorail

到了medan tuanku，跟着maju junction的牌子走就对了，Menara TH就在隔壁

Jabatan Penilaian dan Pengurusan Harta就在4楼

要注意的是有休息时间的，我们到的时候刚好12点50分，再多10分钟就到休息时间了，还好人不多，快快按了号码，不到5分钟就到我们了

indah water 要换名的话就相对地容易及方便很多

Changing on Ownership
Photocopies of the 1st, 2nd and last two pages from the 'Sales & Purchase Agreement' with the names of the purchaser/seller, property address, date of agreement and signatories of all parties concerned are to be submitted to IWK for any change of ownership. This is to ensure that ownership details are accurately registered in the premise sewerage account.

而且只要上网注册户口，就可以上网查看帐单及付款了

我在星期三晚上电邮了给indah water （care@iwk.com.my），写上名字，住址及indah water户口号码，再附上相关页面的买卖合约，星期四早上就收到回复说名字已经换了
很有效率
