【2016 韩国蜜月+赏樱+婚纱照】吉隆坡国际机场过境/转机住宿 @ Tune Hotel KLIA2

由于我们买到去首尔的机票是早上8点的班机，要在凌晨5点就要出发去机场了，要叫的士的话，也要RM120，所以就想到在前一晚就到机场附近的酒店过一晚，查了tune hotel的价钱，反正也和叫的士差不了多少，而且前一晚在酒店附近睡的话，第二天也不用太赶

（其实，过后还是后悔自己怎么不买凌晨的班机，早上8点的班机，到达首尔已经下午3点了，一天就没了。。。。）

有住过tune hotel的人都知道，房价是很便宜，不过房间的设施（冷气、热水器、毛巾、电视、wifi），不过，KLIA2的tune hotel和其他的分行不一样的地方就是“全包型”-- 以上的设施全部不用加钱购买，已经包在房价里了

KLIA2房价 (更新于21/5/2016）：

Double Room (1 Double Bed, Includes TV, Air Conditioning, Towel Rental, Toiletries Kit and WiFi) RM199 (including tax)

省钱小撇步：

通常我喜欢在Agoda.com定房间，只要房间已经付款了，如果你再找到比agoda更便宜的酒店，你就可以透过best price guarantee要求refund。

现在有了shopback.my，预定酒店/机票可以再拿回cashback，所以会更值得（师奶心态：反正都要花了，花钱的同时还有cashback的话，不是更好吗？）

当时我下定时，agoda的回扣是RM25，所以最后的房价是RM174.90-RM25 cashback (RM49.90，比官网更便宜哦！！）

我在10/2015就在Agoda定了酒店，当时的价钱是RM174.90（包含6%酒店税），在11/2015时我就在tune hotel官网发现tune hotel KLIA2在做优惠，只需RM149，所以我马上用best price guarantee要求refund。

电邮给agoda不到2个小时就收到他们的回复说我的claim approved，他们愿意退回钱给我。

（一定要confirmed booking已经付款的酒店才可以）

有一点时，当时我透过shopback.my预定时已经有RM25cashback了，这次agoda refund给我后，房间变得更便宜了！！

Best Price Guarantee

Agoda offers the following “Best Price Guarantee”. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda and then show us that you could book the same room for the same dates at a lower rate that is viewable and bookable on another website, we will either match that rate or beat it.

Submitting a Claim

Please collect the following information before completing the Best Price Guarantee Claim Form

• Your Agoda Booking ID.
• The address of the website where you found the better rate.
• The name of the hotel, city and country.
• You can attach up to three screenshots of the competitor site in which the Room availability, Room Type, Promotion type and Room Rate for the required dates of your stay are clearly indicated.
• PLEASE NOTE: You don’t need to make a booking on the competitor website, just show us the comparison

Terms and Conditions

1. Our "Best Price Guarantee" applies to confirmed bookings only. You must provide us with your Agoda Booking ID in order to make a claim.

2. The following conditions must apply:

• Same hotel
• Same period of stay
• Same Room/Bed type
• Same Advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if any)
• Same Cancellation and Amendment policies
• The room must be available for instant confirmation at the time our agents check availability

3. The “Best Price Guarantee” does not apply to unpublished rates, such as:

• Private rates
• Packaged or promotional rates
• Hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package
• Rates that are not available to the general public, which include:

-	Corporate discount rates
-	Group or meeting rates
-	Any rates requiring membership, (i.e. AAA or AARP rates)
-	Loyalty programs
-	Any organization with rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public

4. Agoda has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same hotel, room type, dates, and that it meets all Terms, Conditions, and Claims processing requirements.

5. Our “Best Price Guarantee” cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

6. Agoda reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the “Best Price Guarantee” at anytime.
